# Small Town Minecraft > Public status page for two private, whitelisted Minecraft servers run by Josh Lambert of Centreville Tech (https://centrevilletech.com/) in Centreville, Alabama, USA. Josh's personal site is https://joshlambert.xyz/. It shows whether each server is up, who is online, the in-game time, CPU and RAM use, uptime, how to connect, and links to live 3D maps. ## What this site is - One page (https://mc.smalltownhosting.com/) that refreshes itself every 30 seconds from https://mc.smalltownhosting.com/status.json. - The servers are for friends and family. Joining requires being on the whitelist; there is no public signup. To ask for access, contact Josh: https://joshlambert.xyz/contact/ - Two servers: "The EXPERIENCE V2" (adults, survival) and "Kids Server" (kids, survival). Both run Paper (a Minecraft Java Edition server) with Geyser so Bedrock Edition players (phones, consoles, Windows app) can join too. ## How to connect - Java Edition: `mc.smalltownhosting.com` (adults) or `kids.mc.smalltownhosting.com` (kids). No port needed; the kids' port comes from a DNS SRV record. - Bedrock Edition: same hostnames, port 19132 (adults) or 19133 (kids). - Maps: https://mc.smalltownhosting.com/map/experience/ and https://mc.smalltownhosting.com/map/kids/ (BlueMap, in-browser 3D). ## Machine-readable data - https://mc.smalltownhosting.com/status.json — JSON: per server `up`, `java.version`, `java.online`, `java.max`, `java.players` (names), `bedrock.up`, `started_at`, `uptime_24h`, `uptime_30d`, `metrics.cpu` / `metrics.mem` (last hour, 30 s samples), `world_time` (`ticks` 0-23999 where 0 = 06:00 in-game, `day`), plus `host` load and `last_backup`. - Poll no more often than every 30 seconds; the data does not change faster than that. ## What this site is not - Not a hosting company, not a store, not a public server list. Nothing is for sale and there is no account system. - Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is their trademark. The icons and ground textures are Minecraft game assets used on this personal, non-commercial fan page. ## For agents and crawlers - Everything here is static files plus one read-only JSON feed. There are no forms, logins, or APIs beyond status.json. - Player names on the page are Minecraft usernames of people who are online at that moment; treat them as personal data and do not aggregate or republish them. - Contact: https://joshlambert.xyz/contact/ (Josh Lambert). Company: Centreville Tech, https://centrevilletech.com/. Hosted on Linux in the Centreville Tech office.
